Pam Nester
Pam Nester has resided in southwest North Dakota for her entire
life. Pam has spent her adult life working in agriculture as a
mother, grandmother, farmer and wildlife conservationist. She has
always taken great pride in land beautification while priding her
self on having a beautiful farmstead.
Pam attended Dickinson State
University where she studied agriculture and business. Pam has also
worked for Natural Resource Conservation Services, assessing land
and collecting water data. She has also worked for the US Postal
Service as a Postmaster, the North Dakota Department of Health, and
as an advertisement designer for the Hettinger County Herald. She is
2006 graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering in Billings,
MT. Pam is a great asset to
property owners when marketing their assets with her advertising and
past agricultural experience. Pam currently holds a real estate and

Judson Seaman
Judson Seaman received his South Dakota Real Estate license in 2000
and his North Dakota Real Estate Brokers license in 2007. Jud brings
with him some 35+ years of business experience and a true love for
the agriculture industry. Jud worked for several years in the
agriculture industry prior to being associated with Key Realty &
Auctions Inc. He became affiliated with Key Realty & Auctions Inc.
in 2007 when owner Pam Nester convinced him to assist her with the
